Let’s Go Package: [TAX included]

US$3,000 per hunter when hunting 2 on 1
US$3,300 per hunter when hunting 2 on 2
US$3,900 when hunting 1 on 1

4 nights at Dinaka which include the arrival and departure dates. Each hunter to hunt only 1 Burchell Zebra or 1 Blue Wildebeest and any 2 of the following: Blesbok, Impala, Warthog or Bushpig (total of 3 trophies per hunter).

This package can be upgraded.

Additional fees as per our price list.
Additional trophies can only be taken if hunt is extended with more days.
Substitution: Credit of 50% of listed price on the specie not taken.

Daily Rates per person - US $ (Min of 6 Days)

Animals Hunted or wounded:

* These species as well as all birds and non-listed predators require government permits. Permit application needs to be finalized at least 28 days prior to start of hunt. Permit fees vary between $10 - $310 per animal, and will be for the account of the hunter.
All species listed are available and self sustained on this 20,000 acre privately owned game reserve.
To ensure continuous quality we only hunt a limited number of trophies each year. We request that you indicate the species which you would like to hunt for when making your reservation, as the listing of an animal does not guarantee the availability.

Not included in daily rates or packages:

Road transportation by registered transfer company to and from Johannesburg Airport @ US$400 return per vehicle.
Advance application for firearm licenses.
Hire of firearms @ $15 a day + ammunition.
Dipping, packing and freight cost of trophies.
Private cost of luxuries, phone calls etc.
Tips, which are at the client’s discretion.
Insurance and medical cost.
Meat of animals hunted.
When a trophy is wounded and lost, 15% VAT (Value Added Tax) gets added to the trophy fee.
*Non-hunting companion* activities – available by prior arrangement. Rate for non-hunting companions, covers all cost associated with accompanying the hunter.
Additional Game Drives, at $80 per vehicle for morning or afternoon drive for non-hunters.

Included in Daily Rates:

Accommodation in comfortable hunting lodge. Camp exclusivity is only guaranteed for a minimum total daily rate of $1200, e.g. 3 guests at a time.

Meals, refreshments, soft drinks, wines, liquor and bottled water.

Daily laundry, except on Sundays.

Services of an experienced professional hunter, tracker, skinner and camp staff.

Equipped 4x4 hunting vehicle.

Field preparation of trophies.

WiFi at Lodge

Terms of Payment:

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer), Wire Transfer or Payment at Dinaka with Visa or Mastercard
Hunting days lost (e.g. through illness or rain) are payable at the full rate.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. However if we can replace the hunt, the deposit less $800 will be refunded.

Deposit:

$300 per hunter & $100 per non-hunting companion per day, to confirm the hunt.
Balance of daily rate is payable 14 days prior to the start of the hunt.

Discounted hunts

For those of you only looking for a representative trophy, still giving you a hunt filled with adventure on a 20000acre ranch, we can accommodate you.
Cull hunts on some species, at 30% - 50% of the listed trophy fee. Cull hunts will be at the sole discretion of the Professional Hunter.
